Hi Support,
I have problem with my IONIC Fitbit around July 9, 2019, it won't sync no matter what I do to resolve the problem.
1. Yes, battery is full over 50%
2. Hard reset of Fitbit didn't help
3. Turn on and off bluetooth didn't help
4. Manually force stopping Fitbit app on the Android phone didn't help
5. Remove and reinstall app from Android phone didn't help
It seems after phone found Fitbit device and entering the 4 digit code, the process takes forever to the point where it just time out.
There seems to be a code defect problem somewhere.
Can you help?

A hard resset of the Fitbit is done through the shutdown command. The two button restart is only a soft reset.
Have you also shut down the phone and not just as soft restart?
Have you removed the ionic from your phone Bluetooth settings. Removing the ionic from your account will only create more issues.
Why are you setting up the ionic if it hasn't been removed from the phone.
