My Fitbit just randomly turned off yesterday it has plenty of charge, was clean and app couldn’t read the device. The it finally turned back on and died again and has been off since. What can I do as I’ve only had it for 3 days. And for nearly $400 for a watch I’d hope it gets fixed

Welcome to the Community @Jaymielee. Thanks for the details mentioned.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch. You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
If your buttons start working after this then restart your watch and check if the display works normally.
Let me know how it goes.

Your best bet is return it and buy something from another brand. You are seeing the start of issues that will plague you and this device. Once it is past the warranty it will likely die and they will tell you too bad so sad. You have an out right now, you should take it. I loved my Ionic but seriously it is not worth the wasted money.
A little context here just in case. My first device was replaced in 10 months, then about 8 months later the second one dies and they tell me too bad so sad, here is 40% off a lesser device.

Thanks for advice. My Fitbit is only a few months and I am having issues with it. I will return it tomorrow and buy a different brand. I have no interest in wasting good money on companies that don't treat customers fairly.

Trust me, you will be more than happy moving to another brand (a solid one).
