MY fitbit is not updating since last night this free trial showed up, how to decline the free trial? I was happy with what I had?

You will need to cancel your free trial by going to the store of purchase. Regarding your inquiry about your Fitbit not updating, please reply to the following questions:
- Do you see all your data in your Ionic?
- Is your watch tracking all your data?
- Is your Ionic's data showing in your app or Dashboard?
