Fitbit wont email me a password reset

Hi

Ive forgot my password and tried several time to get a reset email sent but I'm not getting one.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Alex8512

 

First, I would check and make sure the email address you're providing is the correct one for the account. Sometimes with multiple addresses they can get confused. Then, make sure the reset email didn't end up in the the spam or junk folder on your email.

 

If those check out, you will probably have to contact Fitbit Support for help, which you can do by clicking the Help link in the upper right corner of this page, then selecting Get Support.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Yes I've tried all that but had no luck.

@Alex8512 if you created your fitbit account in September if 2019, let's go to your settings page where your registered Email will be displayed near the top. 

This would be a good place to start and if wrong then you will have enough info for fitbit.
