Flashing clock, now just shows Fitbit logo

So Fitbit has not properly been syncing for a couple of days then yesterday the clock started flashing which must have totally wiped the battery in half a day. I googled it changed faces etc, but no luck, so restarted a few times using buttons and no luck, tried to restart through app no luck- so thought I’d do a factory reset... seemed to be working but now it’s stuck on the logo screen - which sometimes flashes when picked up/plugged in... it won’t reconnect to my phone (closed app and removed Bluetooth device, logged into app again switched off held upside down etc). Seemed to have spent ages on this and got nowhere fast 😟 just disappointed as really love using the watch and in training at the mo - please help!!!

It’s still not working and I got a message that took a while but actually means nothing had happened. As far as I can figure out.... meanwhile I have a 6am run and no watch support.

Mine started the high heart rate and when I took it off for a few minutes, did this too.  Also gave me issues the ver first time I took it swimming in a pool.  Man I can't return this thing fast enough.  Is there anything this thing does right?

Before contacting the Customer Support, please confirm that you have perform a restart to your watch by following these steps. If this doesn't work, you can perform a factory reset by doing the following, but please be aware that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be deleted from your device 

 

On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
