This Fitbit Ionic has given me several stress induced heart problems since I got it YESTERDAY. It refuses to sync to my app/phone when i want it to, the apps for it WONT download despite my fabulous WIFI connection. And I have tried EVERYTHING. This includes restarting my phone, deleting the app, deleting the device and reestablishing both, screwing around with my bluetooth settings, ETC. So someone for the love of batman, help me out. I believe my little Fitbit can be better, I just need to know how. FYI I am using an Samsung Galaxy S8 and Fitbit Ionic.

I hope you can get it to work. Wish I could provide some answers. I had mine for about 48hrs and tried everything to get it to sync and recognize wifi. I never got it to work after reading, viewing videos on Youtube, speaking with Fitbit support. Nothing worked. I returned my device today. To say disappointing is an understatement. But there was no way I was going to keep something that cost almost $300 and couldn't do a simple thing like sync with wifi. Something is should be doing right out of the box. There is a huge issue and you would think Fitbit would be all over this. I can't believe they are letting money escape so freely. I wish you luck. And I hope other's don't have the same issues I had. But it wasn't something I was will to put up with.
