Fitbit lost my account, I clicked forgot my password atleast 5 times over the last two days and no email came through (yes I checked the junk tray) so I created my account again (so it lost all my previous data 👎🏼) then I turned off my Fitbit and now it won’t turn back on.

It's pretty weird that you're not receiving an email when you're clicking on the forgot password button. When you create a new account, all the data previously stored won't transfer to your new account.
Regarding your Ionic not turning on, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
