Why has my GPS started to miss most if my runs very annoying. I have checked and GPS is activated its not tracking my routes. I have a ionic and its just 12 months old x

Hi Richard
Thank you for your reply i have checked this many times and also removed and re installed the app it can go days and work perfectly then it just seems to stop tracking my routes it does give me a breakdown of sorts of what i have done but no actual route map. My husband has the same watch and has never had a problem with his in over 2 years.

Thanks for taking into consideration the steps that were shared on my previous post, seems odd that you're still experiencing difficulties with your Ionic even after checking such help article. Since you're still experiencing this issue, please restart your Ionic and troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
