GPS always says connecting and never connected and it won't track my rowing distance

GPS always says connecting and never connected and it won't track my rowing distance. What do I need to do to track distance or set-up my GPS?

As for the GPS I would shutdown and restart the Ionic.

As for rowing, what exercise mode are you using to record the row @Dragonboat

But have you got the GPS to connect to the satellites.

Interval will not be sent to Strava, Run will.

No the GPS won't connect. FitBit agreed to take watch back

That explains why rowing hasn't been tracked. No GPS then no distance
