GPS dropout at 1km

My Ionic GPS stops tracking at 1km. This has started happening since I upgraded the OS on Tuesday night. (on average, it happens every second day).

I have contacted Fitbit and they said they are aware of the bug. Does anyone know how to downgrade the OS (go back to what was previously installed)? I am a runner and use Strava and this is really frustrating.

Thanks for the reply, I'm glad yours is sorted.

 

Mine still seems to have the problem. Does anyone direct from fitbit respond to these threads??
