GPS missing along with connection issues

I’ve had my ionic a while now and it’s startinb to gain more problems.

i’m aware that GPS doesn’t work on interval workouts but now it’s not working on other runs.

over this weekend I did the Paris Run Disney challenge and all my GPS data is missing from my runs, I check to see if it works at home and it’s fine, so where has the data gone? I know the GPS was active as I made sure it was on!

i have restarted the device a lot over the weekend in the hopes it would connect to my Fitbit App (as troubleshooting suggested) nothing has worked.

my steps seem to be incorrectly tracked as well as my friends who walked the same distance and pace as myself had 15,000 steps more per day.

along with this issue I can’t connect my fitbit to my to new phone (Huawei) and it’s driving me crackers.

can anyone offer any advice for my issues?

So I can't answer the GPS problems as I am not a runner, but I might be able to help you with getting your Ionic linked up to your phone.  You said you have a Huawei, can you specify which type, so I can check to see if it's on the Supported Devices list?

Hello, it’s the new Huawei mate 20 lite. I can see it’s not on the supported list yet but it connects for a second and disconnects.

I’ve been able to sync my steps from the day but nothing else.

Gone back to my old phone to sync currently as i’m aware the phones isn’t supported yet.

another issues I have discovered since posting is I have no heart rate data for two days but I have during the runs I did on those days...
