A couple of weeks ago, my Ionic started intermittently losing the GPS connection during my runs, over the same 3 mile course that I have ran for years. Now it will not connect to GPS at all. I have powered it on and off, restarted it with the left and bottom right buttons, and completed a Factory Reset and it still will not connect to GPS. Any suggestions or has it failed for good? This is my third Iconic, the other two were replaced under warranty.

Welcome to our Fitbit Community @jknorvik thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm happy to help you out with your GPS difficulties.
I'd like to being appreciating your patience and effort troubleshooting this matter prior posting. Let me share with you that when you select a GPS exercise, Ionic vibrates when it finds a GPS signal. Environmental factors including tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, and even thick cloud cover can interfere with your watch's ability to connect to GPS satellites. That said, for best results, wait for Ionic to find the signal before you start your workout.
Note that Ionic uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a GPS signal. The total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS data isn't available for the entire time. For more information, see How accurate is GPS?. Please take in consideration this information and let me know if you continue experiencing difficulties.
I'll be here if you need further assistance with your device. Keep me posted.
