GPS not working properly on my Ionic

Hello Fitbit Team,

 
The GPS function of my Ionic has been getting worse for about the last two month and I'm now at a point were:
 
- it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get a GPS lock when standing still
- up to 50 minutes when moving
- GPS lock is lost frequently during exercises
- indicated distance can vary widely for the same track from one day to the next
 
I've tried:
 
- two button reset
- three button reset
- factory reset
- disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth
- remove and reconnect the Ionic to my account
 
all to no avail. Most disappointing is that this watch is less than a year old as it was replaced under warranty / goodwill by your company (reference #32295966).
 
Any advice on what else I can do to get the GPS working properly again as it did when the watch was new?

 have the same problem from february, 2020.

Having similar issues with GPS accuracy and repeatability. Different result for same distance comparing running, bicycling and walking; also different compared to multiple other devices. Today, issues with heart monitor began - erratic, missing data (running heart rate showes resting...). Device is just over a year old.
