My Ionic loses the GPS connection several time when I am on a hike or by bike. It also take a long time to connect to GOS when I start the training. Anyone else experience this??

About 2-3 weeks ago my ionic was resetting on runs - it would go back to fitbit logo and have to restart.  I read somewhere that people were not using wireless headphones to avoid this new problem (have used wireless for almost 2 years with no problem) - so I stopped running with music/headphones and starting last week I am completely unable to get a GPS connection.  I have used this same watch for two years with no gps concerns in my neighborhood and the weather has been clear and cool - no weather factors blocking gps.  Can't believe such a reliable watch is having so many problems and nothing is being done about it.
