Looking for when the Fitbit will be compatible with Galaxy s10? It's not like it is a rare product....
Not looking for the canned "we are always working on... Blah, blah, blah" robot answer - looking for an actual answer.
Ionic is basically worthless without it.... Not even sure how the " watch" doesn't keep time. Maybe it is time to leave fitbit and move on to something that is useful.

Hey, my fitbit works pretty fine with Samsung Galaxy s10 from 2 months incl. all notification as calls, messages, viber, outlook so on...
Just remove your fitbit from the old phone and connect it to the galaxy.

Definitely doesn't work properly with my S10+ either. Its hit or miss whether or not it will sync with my phone on a given day despite having bluetooth on at all times.
The other day I missed out on a solid 15 thousand steps because it just refused to update all day.

Mine was working fine until about a week ago. My ionic died and I didn't get to charge it for two days, now I can't even get it to sync. It worked fine with my S10 with the app until this. I'm ready to sell the watch. This is ridiculous. I paid $250 for this watch and it's not even a year old but I'd useless to me if it doesn't sync. Gonna look into galaxy watches.

Bought mine used not even a week ago. Did all the research i thought i needed. Got it home and it doesn't do anything it is supposed to do. Thats when i found out fitbit says it is not compatible, even though their little list says it is, support tells me it is not. NICE>
Selling asap and will not get another one of this brand!

Just upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S10 and my Fitbit ionic is not even connecting.
I have restarted the watch, turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on, uninstall and reinstall the app.
All my steps that I have linked to other apps are going uncounted.
I loved the ionic but after the first one died after a year of gentle use and now this, it's definitely time to move away from fitbit
