I've deleted the app, deleted the Ionic from my phone, reset and did a resync, the best I can do is get the screen on ionic to recognize and show that it is downloading the courses however they never download. It is a struggle to get to this step due to the app showing a "sync before sending to tracker" immediately after a sync. TIA

I would like you to check the following to make sure that the courses are syncing properly:
With third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app, if you continue to experience issues, it's recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

I guess I have tried everything as discribed and still fail to upload courses on the Ionic. 😞
Is there a Fitbit shop or service center in U.A.E.?

Is there a Fitbit shop or service center in U.A.E.? Fitbit doesn't have a service center. However, we have many channels of communication where you can contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
In this case, I would advise to contact the developer of the app as @ReelBigJoe350 did. To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.

Hi there, After 1 year and 180 posts,
Surely Fitbit should take Game Golf off the list of "accredited" Apps on their Store if they can't find a solution to getting it to work on the Ionic. I have been through all of the suggestions on this Forum, to no avail. I have got to the stage where it (eventually) says "building courses" 0/3 but never progresses any further than this, it just reverts back to the Clock screen after varying amounts of time, from 10 seconds to 10 minutes but all with the same result. Very frustrating and especially annoying when Fitbit can see from this forum that there's a problem installing it on Ionic but still refuse to take it off the list. Someone should be made responsible for the list of apps.
