Get reminders without phone nearby?

I have a Charge HR and interested in the Ionic or other new Fitbit device with a large screen, like the Ionic or Versa. As I don’t always have my phone near or connected I want to know if it’s posssible to set up personal reminders or a labeled silent alarm (e.g., take meds at a specific time)  and them have them go off without phone being nearby. Is that possible? I’d like to set up the reminders and then leave my phone aside for the day. Thanks!

You can set up silent alarms to go off without your phone nearby, but there is no labeling with them.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
