I just recently purchased the ionic and now i am not receiving any notifications, phone text. Everything is on connected and still nothing, any suggestions?? Bout to return!!!!

Did you buy from Fitbit.com?
Otherwise you have to contact wherever you bought from.
Just chatted with customer service to return but Fitbit refused.
Good luck wish you can return.

On your Edge dosyou get notifications displayed on the phone while the phone is locked?
Have you checked to make sure the fitbitFapp has notification permission?
Have you set it up to send notifications in the app.
