Getting error messages when trying to submit a refund request

Hi,

I’m getting error messages when I tried to submit a refund request on my recalled Fitbit. Could someone please get in touch to help sort it out?

Have you been able to submit your claim at help.fitbit.com/ionic? What kind of error message did you get?

I also keep getting an error when trying to register my refund , I have a reference number but it just keeps saying please refresh page .

Any help would be appreciated
