I have been having issues with my ionic where it randomly vibrates and shows either an old text message or the RUN screen.  Then it will go dark and the 5 mins later same thing.  I have tried restart.  After an hour same thing.  I turned off notifications and same thing.  I have even factory restored it then 3 days later same thing.  Ugh do I need to send it back?

Doing the restart 3 times in a row can help.

 

If it does not then contact support. Let then know you have restarted it several times already
