fitbit wouldn't let me upload a photo in to the discussion box of what my screen looks like, so i changed my fitbit profile pic to a pic of my screen....
Your profile pic looks just fine. Did the Restarts I suggested help your problem? To include a photo in a post, simply click on the Camera icon above your post and there upload whatever you want--picture or otherwise.
