$250 watch and lots of competition out there and Fitbit won't replace a watch when THEY break it with THEIR update? Are you kidding? The world needs to know. The best way to get the word out is to go to Twitter with #Fitbit and make sure everyone knows what terrible products and terrible customer service they have. The media will pick up on it, the word will get out. Please be a good citizen and good consumer and warn other people to never purchase Fitbit.
