My gps wont connect at all I've rebooted it, left it to try and connect for at least ten mins and even stayed outside to get a better signal but still wont work .its always worked perfectly fine before .

I appreciate the details on your post, I'd my best to help you out with the issues that you're having with your Ionic. I'd suggest checking this article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? Then you can restart your Ionic and give it a try once again.
