Gps speed over 100km/h

Hi All i am a Racecardriver. And one of my plans with the ionic was to record my speed and heartrate while driving. 

I will use the “bike” function to measure my speed. But the gps stop measuse at 87,9 kmh. Over that i will not measure. So my gps speed is useless

Can this be fixed by a update. 

I just installed the jayPS and Strava to if that will work. But i was hoping the ionic would work.

You could try posting a suggestion in the Features Suggestion area not sure why it would stop at 87.9 kmh though unless they decided that no human could run that fast unless they were the 6 million dollar man and that is unlikely 🙂

It might have something to do with refresh rate.

I dont think so. Because “JayPS” works fine. 

Inly think JayPS is not easy to use, maybe i have to luve with this.

Yes JayPS. Is a app for ionic. It meassure fine the gps speed over 150kmh. 

It works with Strava app.

I noticed the same thing and was planning to use the Ionic to record trips when riding the motorcycle or car trips. The Ionic seems to top out about 45.3 miles/hour. I don't know what Fitbit decided to put a limit on, which seems odd, but I would think this is a bug, not a feature.
