I bought my Ionic via Amazon. So was easier to buy hier in Europe. My question is that how the guarantee works now? If I had some issue, I have to contact direct the company, or Amazon? I did not get any guaranty form. Thank's for the answers!

Still, Amazon is most likely an authorized fitbit retailer in all europe, so in any case, you can also contact fitbit for a warranty claim.

You'll need to deal direct with Amazon. Their customer service is very good though so you shouldn't have any problems

Possibly but you'll get a much faster turnaround dealing with Amazon.
