HELP!!!!! I DO NOT want my watch to turn on with movement....how do I change it?

I have had my watch for almost 2 years now, and has been set for manual turn on. yesterday in the middle of the day I noticed it turns on with movement now. Even through out the night! I have searched high and low for the option on my phone and on the watch and there seems to be no option to set it back to manual wake up. Is there a new upgrade brewing? How can I change this ASAP?

On the Ionic the setting for screen wake is reached by pressing and holding the left button for a few seconds. You should then see settings for screen wake and notifications. Make sure the screen wake option is on Manual.
