HR & Calibration not working after 27.32.10.20 update

Seems like I’ve tried everything I’ve read in the forums, but my Ionic is no longer working after the recent update. It’s super frustrating dealing with this device for the past 24 hrs. Please help.

HR light is not flashing any more and it took over 8 hrs for the update to complete over WiFi. Now it keeps asking for calibration and plugging in the charger and leaving the device on a flat surface does not work. Everything was working just fine yesterday afternoon, then update required, now nothing. I’m on my 4th factory reset.

After update, the watch became useless. Called customer support and they provided a new device as it was still under warranty. I am afraid this would occur again and next time my warranty might not be valid making my device a piece of garbage. I am not very happy with Fitbit over this process.
