I noticed last Friday that the lights on the back of my firbit ionic were no longer working.  Have read a number of forums which shows this appears to be quite a common occurence. I have restarted a number of times, cleaned terminals, charged fully and at last resort factory reset. All to have no luck. Could you please advise. I am using this with a Samsung galaxy 9. Thanks

I am having the same problem since 1st December - I am usually an Apple X.

I also noticed that  the brightness is unstable, some times you can read the screen easily, other times it is barely visible. Quite disappointing. Has been a great tracker until now
