HR monitor and green light not working.

After day one of wearing the ionic, I noticed my hr was in the 20’s. I honestly believe the sensor may have been broken before I even opened the box because I was insanely careful to not damage or hardly touch anything. I haven’t been able to find any sort of explanation besides the sensor is broken? Does anyone know where (if there is such a place) I can send it for repair? I will pay for it to be repaired. I just dont want a $300 paperweight any longer.

Have you tried any sort of troubleshooting?

I would first suggest restarting the device by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo). If the doesn't help, try a full factory reset, be sure to remove the device from your fitbit account and unpair it from your phones Bluetooth settings first.

Failing that, you can contact Fitbit support to discuss your warranty options.

I have tried everything! It truly seems to be a problem with the sensor itself. Thank you!
