I owned my ionic for less than a year (thankfully, the warranty still applies). Have had no problem until now. But, like others, found that my HR suddenly stopped working today (dashes appear on the monitor). Phoned for help immediately and Fitbit people are sending me a replacement, after attempting the reset, which didn’t work for me or others.

I found a solution to HR monitor stopping on Ionic. I shut it down using Settings>About>Shutdown. Then turned it back on using "Back" button (button on the left side of the watch). Went back to settings and turned HR off, then back on. Working properly at the moment.
