Had lines on the screen and now it's not working

So around three weeks ago, my ionic screen had a verticle line affecting the middle of the screen. I ignored it, assuming it would go away, then tried changing the clock face when the line started to widen. A week and a half ago, it wouldnt turn on properly, and then a day later stopped responding all together. I cannot restart or anything, and was wondering what has happened? Cheers

I just had the same thing happen to me-do I attempt to call support? It is now totally dead-Just let me know what to do and I will respond accordingly-THANKS!
