Has anyone managed to get their Ionic sorted

With the latest firmware update causing 'issues' with a lot of Ionics along with complaints about it has anyone successfully repaired their Ionic, who had problems with the update?

Not everyone wants to spend endless time following the same responses from customer services.

To actually see a solution that works would be beneficial to all affected owners.

My Ionic is stuck with the Fitbit logo (since Sunday).  Fitbit support can't help and have advised to buy a new tracker.

I'm waiting for the battery to die so I can see if this causes the device to re-set when it starts up again, although I'm not expecting this to actually work.

Right now I'm assuming my device has become unusable since the firmware update.

I've actually gone back to my old device (Surge) which I will use until I can decide what replacement I will be buying, but I'm certain it won't be a fitbit
