My ionic is no longer tracking my steps or heart rate and none of the light sensors are working. I’ve reset the device a number of times without much change. Has it come to its end of life? I’m lost without it. Is there anything else I can try before sourcing a replacement? I originally purchased it back in October 2017.

Same here. This morning I wake up to a watch caught in boot loop. Fitbit logo followed by dark screen looping

Same thing here. I saw there was an update. Put the watch on the charger and initiated the update and woke up this morning and just have the Blue Fitbit logo on a black background. Can't swipe. I've done the 3 button reset routine...but the blue logo on a black screen is the only thing showing
