Haven't received Ionic refund

Has anyone actually received the promised Ionic refund. 

Reading through the posts it seems that I am getting fobbed off like every one else. 

Very pleasant help desk that I spoke to but I'm very sceptical that I will get any joy. 

I've had all the reference numbers but nothing works. 

Been over a year!
