Having problems setting the ionic

I have tried several times to set up the ionic, it isn’t recognized by Bluetooth or wifi. I finally got it to setup with Bluetooth but still doesn’t recognize it. It won’t accept manual wifi setup either. It took 10 hrs to load it but sync won’t work so time date and info is wrong. Any suggestions?

So frustrating! I did mine through the Fitbit app where it asks do you want to add a device and followed prompts. I made sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi were turned on. It set up but then it did mess up when I tried to add my Pandora. So I found something online that said to delete it completely and start all over, so I did (set it up the same way again) and since then it has worked fine. And that was about 3 1/2 weeks ago. Good luck!!!! I really do enjoy this device now that it’s working. I sure hope you can get yours working too!!

So you downloaded the Fitbit app and went through that to set it up, right?

There are some synching issues that have been happening on and off for a little while now. if you did all the trouble shooting that is recommended in the manual for getting it to synch, you may want to contact support. I can tell you for me, since Saturday, I haven't been able to get it to synch as it should. I have resorted to doing it on my laptop. Unpair your ionic from Bluetooth. turn your Bluetooth off. Restart your tracker. Turn Bluetooth back on. You may have to refresh so it locates your tracker and pair it up again. It should synch. At least for a few hours. Mine has before it goes back to not recognizing my Bluetooth. I have a droid- in case it matters...

It is wieird it is setting up by my phone but takes many hours.  It will not pair with my Bluetooth and it will not hookup to wifi.  A few functions work on the watch but it says sync is unavailable

Yes I got the setup to load just can’t sync, pair with Bluetooth or connect to wifi, so I can’t change anything.
