Once the Ionic has sync'd to my computer, is there any way to view a detailed BPM for a specified time on a specified day?

Hi @Powderjockey ,

 

The most detailed view will be when you use the Exercise app and manually do an activity.It shows second by second HR. At least mine is.

 

Just go to the Dashboard link at the top of this page, then Log, then Activities. Select the activity and you'll see a nice big detailed chart with your HR data.

 

 

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

The activity was sleeping! I was having chest pains and was wondering if the resting BPM mace been different than other times.

Not so long time ago somebody posted in one of the replies a link to the webapp that allows to download all HR data from specified date range. When you are not exercising then the sampling interval is 1 minute as far as I remember. When I find some time I will look for that link.
