I've noticed often that my Ionic sometimes loses my heart rate. It just blinks with a nothing. Today this happened halfway into a job. This is very annoying. Monitoring my heart rate is one of the reasons why I purchased this watch. I've tried loosening and/or tightening the band, have reset the watch several times. Any advice here?

@chriskerins I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with heart rate on Ionic. Thanks for trying those steps to sort this out.
I'd recommend wearing your watch one to two fingers up from your wrist bone. Blood flow is stronger there so reading should show accurately, specifically when doing exercise. Please check this help article to learn more about heart rate.
Also, check if the heart rate monitor is on.
