@PJPAE Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic's display not showing any fitness data.
If after trying the suggestion given by @Ozzie65 about restarting Ionic it is still not showing any of that data on your watch; please try changing the clock face on it. That should certainly help you out with this.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

This just happened to me too. I went to the Fitbit app (on my phone) > ‘my Fitbit’ (‘Ionic’) > Clock Faces > and updated my clock face by clicking ‘update’ I now have all my stats back plus I was able to add the battery charge stat too. Problem solved. Restarting didn’t work for me.

I did try the suggestion by customer service to re-start the watch and to turn it off and back on. Neither worked for me. There was another suggestion to change clock faces. I did that and then switched back to the face (which I like) that was having the issue and the problem had been resolved. I was also getting a data fetch error message on the watch and this also shut that message off (The error message did not stop after re-starting and turning off and on the watch).
So, switch clock face and make sure heart rate is showing and then switch back to the one that was giving you problems (if you want) and see whether the problem persists. It did not for me. Switching back and forth caused the watch to start working again.
