Heart rate alarm on Ionic?

:police_car_light:  last night as I was sleeping I got woken up at 6:32am with a vibrantion going off like I was getting a phone call so I ignored it. It did it again 10 minutes later I looked and it said something about “heart rate life something”.... has anyone gotten this and what does it mean? I’m a little concerned I was woken out of my sleep about this. And my brain didn’t process what the alert ment.

@Riahbabi Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you have had with Ionic alarms.

 

This is odd. There are no heart rate notifications available on Fitbit devices. Have you checked if you have any alarms set up by the time it vibrated? Maybe it was a regular alarm that was vibrating. I think this because alarms will go off every 9 minutes when you snooze. 

 

Has this happened again to you? What about last night? 

 

If this happens again could you spot the message it gives? If it is something about heart rate try taking a picture if possible so I can take a closer look at it.
