Hi! My ionic is 9 months old. It suddenly started misreading my heart rate, reading in the 170’s. Checking my heart rate myself proved my rate to be in the 70’s. It then started recording my heart rate when not wearing. Even 15 minutes after taking it off. It then started loosing power and dying quickly and now only folds a charge for about an hour. I’ve tried every tips I can find and nothing has worked. Any advice and how to get my ionic back?

First of all @LisaLifeCoach , it's best to read up on the numerous other complaints on the Fitbit forums. If it is still in warranty then request to get replaced ASAP. Otherwise their customer service and accountability is appalling.
I have had similar issues with heartbeat monitoring irregularity (going up to 190bpm when I wasn't even breaking a sweat). Then my Ionic battery failed 2 months after the watch’s 365 day warranty period.
After going through their support team advice, response from Fitbit was “"we unquestionably want to add more years to the relationship that started when you chose us. The good thing is, you can purchase through our retailers near you, and your purchase will come with new warranty. (www.fitbit.com)."
Like many other people, I will never buy another Fitbit product as long as I live.
