Ever since the update my HR is inconsistent and I no longer get a sleep score. In addition, my watch will sometimes not automatically register a workout. Please advise.

Hi @eandre, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that in order to receive Sleep Score, you need to receive Sleep Stages data, which requires heart rate data. Since you're experiencing difficulties with the heart rate sensors of your device, I recommend you to try the steps that are specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
In regards the workout issue, can you please let me know which exercise your Ionic didn't auto-recognize with the SmartTrack feature? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this affecting an specific activity or all of them?
Looking forward to your reply.

I’ve had the issue of the racking exercise not recording heart rate for the last year. App is updated, phone updated, sensors are fine. There is a heart rate zone tab now but does not reflect any heart rate info. Please bring back the graph that actually worked.

The heart rate has fixed itself but I have not received a sleep score for a month. Please advise.
