Hi all.   My wife just bought the ionic for me for my birthday.  I followed the startup instructions.   Daily I see the “calibrate” message which I do.  I made sure the HR monitor is in the “on” position.   I have tried restarting it twice today now and neither the HR monitor and step monitor are working.   Thanks in advance.

Quick update:   I found inside the HR App on my phone that I had to turn the cardiac monitor on.   It’s now reading HR.   I Still need help with the steps. It’s not reading anywhere close.  Tx
