Heart rate during exercise is stuck on Ionic

During exercise my fitbit is stuck at my heart rate of 102. I exercised 55 minutes and it still read as heart rate of 102 and only 200 steps. I've turned it off and on, and synced it, but it is still showing my heartrate of 102.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ChristalM.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:

1. Turn Off heart rate tracking in the Settings app on your device.

2. Confirm the steps to restart the watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

3. Turn On heart rate tracking and sync your device.

Several factors can affect heart rate and I recommend checking our complete troubleshooting tips in What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps!
