The heart rate sensor is not work the green light on the back of the watch is off. what do I do? Help please

Hi @Ye2004S Welcome to the Community. Have a check that heart rate is enabled on your Ionic as its sometimes easy to disable when swiping though the settings. From your main screen swipe left and tap on the gear cog, then scroll down to heart rate.
