Hi guys,
earlier this week I did updated firmware on my Ionic Tracker. Since then it is not working properly. My sleep stages are gone and back to the simple old fashion once without REM etc...
Also my active minutes rapidly droped since then. Usually in working day I am around 250 minutes, now I get about 15 minutes - walk to work and that is it.
I did look on related topics, but didn't figure it out, what is wrong. It is really disappointing experience.
Anyone with same problem?
Any advice or solutions?

I have been having issues also with my watch for a few days now. It sounds like there must have been some sort of issue with the new firmware update. I tried factory resetting my device, it helped for a few hours but it's back to the same, not registering my heart rate (even though the green light is on and blinking), screen is very dim and randomly the device just shuts itself off. Hopefully customer service can help us out.

Sounds like yours problem is even worse. My tracker works okay otherwise, but this is not fine. I tried resetting but it didn't help.
