Heart rate measurement, step counter and motion sensor have acknowledged their service. is the problem known to anyone? thank you very much

Can you explain what you mean by "have acknowledged their service"?  If anything, that sounds like a good thing to me.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I had a similar issue a few days ago.

Ended up removing my Ionic from the app, deleted the BT connection and factor reset a few times.

Once that was done, I reconnected and the HR etc have been working.

However, it does seem to randomly auto-reply to messages, or open apps without me touching it...
