If the Heart rate meter if uncertain. Solution. 

Today I thought it was broken. Sometimes it does not. No restart helped. I dropped it and wiped it. It's perfect since then. It is wise to wipe sometimes, to roll, creams, etc.

Fitbit Ionic , Huawei P20 PRO (.131 FW) Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 V2 (droid 8).

@stemplar yes that is very good advice, as the light and sensors get coated with dirt and sweat and dont work properly.
