Heart rate monitor out, battery at 25%

Hi guys. My heart rate monitor just stopped working as soon as my phone warned me battery was low it was 25%. Is that normal?

I don't think it is. The manual says that wifi is disabled when the battery drops to 25% but it doesn't mention heart rate. There are a number of reasons that heart rate tracking can stop - perhaps the 25% battery was just a coincidence. There's a troubleshooting guide for heart rate tracking at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1582/ Hopefully this helps you get things going again.

It worked again when I charged it so I think it was the battery below 25
