i updated the software to the latest, tried restarting, restored to factory settings and checked the settings to make sure that it’s on but it still doesn't work.
keep in mind that the heart rate was so inaccurate the last couple of weeks, it was reading 120 resting and even while walking it would jump to 180bpm.
SpO2 was not working for the past 2 weeks either.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Regarding the SpO2 feature, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how this feature works.
Finally, monitor your Ionic during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate and SpO2 data properly.

Same is happening to me. Did all of the above. Are they just going to sweep this problem under the rug too?
