Hi !

i have a Ionic and I installed the OS2 firmware a coupleof days ago. Since then, my heart rate will show on the watch but does not sync (it sometimes does but rarely) in the Fitbit App ! Everything else syncs but that... I have an iphone. Help ! This sucks !! Hope I will get a response 😁

A warm welcome to the Community @Menita94. It's pretty weird that your heart rate isn't syncing to your account. I would like you to make sure you have the latest app version which is 2.47 for iOS. If the heart rate data is showing on your watch it should totally sync just as everything else. 

 

You can also try logging out and back in. Also, if you can provide me with a screenshot of the information you're seeing, this would be helpful.

My iconic does the same thing. Keeps heart rate on the iconic but will not syncs to my phone. Also at the gym my heart rate works good for awhile and them shows 70 to 80 bmp. I'm actually at 160 when this happens. Paid a lot of money for this item for it to just stop working.
